The TAX STAMP introduced by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) came into effect on Tuesday, 1st February 2005.

This is tax collected from small-scale self-employed persons operating in the informal sector (eg. Hawkers, tabletop sellers, traders, artisans, and members of identifiable bodies) on quarterly basis. Self-employed persons operating in the informal sector are advised to take note and rush to the nearest IRS District Offices to buy the TAX STAMPS.
